I am an Independent Director on some of the largest DAO projects which are incorporated in the Cayman Islands as Foundation Company Structures. In addition, I am a co-founder of a DAO services entity which assists DAO’s with their administration and operations tasks to ensure they run smoothly. In doing this for the last three years I have learned how to effectively structure and manage DAO’s from birth to maturation, especially DAO governance. I also founded and ran a crypto data startup for 2 years. 
Prior to the above, I was a Director at KPMG in the Cayman Islands and helped to start their digital asset practice. I am the founder and Chair of the Blockchain Association of the Cayman Islands (BACI) and I am the current Chair of the Crypto Currency Security Standard (CCSS) an industry group that is focused on private key custody. I am a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) and Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA).
