Javier studied Physics and information technology at the UCM. After working on companies like Havas Media and MPG, he founded Glue Digital in 2010 (bootstrapped, 35 employees, €1,5M ARR, 90%YtoY growth on 2022). Javier has been awarded and nominated various times in awards like Laus Awards, German Design Council and Awwwards, he is also speaker on various conferences and talks related to technology, Web3 and economy (Websummit, 4YFN, Health2.0, University of Santiago de Compostela). Javier is also a mentor, investor and advisor to various startups.
